On June 12, 2024, Fang Shuhong, the Dean of Teaching at the School of Resources and Environment of Chengdu University of Information Technology, along with Liu Chenlong, a teacher from the same school, visited Taiyuan No. 15 Middle School in Shanxi Province to sign an agreement for a high-quality student source base. Established in 1958, Taiyuan No. 15 Middle School is one of the first key middle schools in the provincial capital. Over the past sixty years of its operation, the school has always adhered to the national education policy, governed the school according to law, promoted the school through scientific research, actively implemented quality education, and fostered students in a comprehensive manner.

Dean Fang and Principal Shi of Taiyuan No. 15 Middle School introduced their respective schools, and both representatives reached a consensus on the establishment of the high school student source base, subsequently signing a strategic cooperation agreement. On behalf of Chengdu University of Information Technology's School of Resources and Environment, Dean Fang awarded Taiyuan No. 15 Middle School the title of "High-Quality Student Source Base".

After the meeting, Dean Fang introduced the overview of Chengdu University of Information Technology to the senior high school students of Grade 2024, explained the college admission policies of our university in Shanxi over the years, and answered students' questions.
